Shipping & Returns
RETURNS
No returns for refund or exchange on any product after 30 days. Returned merchandise must be received in our facility within 30 days of original purchase. All firearm sales are final after 3 day inspection. All firearms or merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received and with all original parts. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, available by calling the store during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Any product listed with a money back guarantee must have a RMA number and the merchandise must be received by us within the given guarantee time. Returns without a RMA are at the senders risk and any consideration for a refund or exchange will be at our discretion. Parts kits on this, or any other website, do not have an intact receiver and are rarely 100% complete. Small pins, screws and springs may be missing and are not usually available from us, but can be easily made or replaced by the builder. If a major component is missing we must be notified within 7 days of receipt for replacement. If an incorrect part is shipped we will exchange it at no expense. The same applies to items damaged in shipment or incomplete orders. Returns for buyer’s remorse or lack of prior research may be subject to at least a 20% restocking fee. Any product returned deemed to be as advertised will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any order for a firearm or receiver that is cancelled due to inability or unwillingness to furnish the license of a transferring dealer will be subject to a 3% refund fee. Any products modified or damaged by the purchaser are not returnable and no refund will be given. All orders subject to a small box charge to cover materials/labor.
Insurance
Insurance on all items is recommended. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit that are not insured. If your insured merchandise is delivered by the carrier but you claim a loss, a Police report of the theft and a report number will be required to receive a replacement. Refunds are not given on lost items.
If you do not understand any of our conditions, please clarify with one of our sales reps before ordering. We respect all city state, county and federal laws. All NFA and 922R rulings apply. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

GOOD Working condition but little or no finish. Could have some pitting or light corrosion / freckling, and dings or scratches that should not interfere with function. May have dark bore. Stock may be repaired.
FAIR Still considered working, though minor adjustment or repair may be needed. May have no finish and pitting is possible. Bore could be dark, pitted or both. Wood may have cracks but is repairable.
POOR May be incomplete or non functional. Worn out or rusty, sold for display, parts or for repair only.
